Please note that this is a pet-free environment, and we do not make any exceptions to this rule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have implemented this policy to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our space for all guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other forms of smoking. If guests wish to smoke, they must do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

To maintain a clean and smoke-free environment for all guests, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking near open windows or doors, as smoke can enter the premises and impact the next guest’s experience.

Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in additional cleaning fees and potential penalties.

For the safety of all guests, please refrain from using glassware, including glass bottles and drinking glasses, in the pool area. Accidents can happen, and broken glass poses a significant risk of injury. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers instead that is provided for your convenience.

To maintain a peaceful environment for both your guests and neighbors, you have established the following house rule regarding noise restrictions during specific hours:

Quiet hours: To ensure a restful stay for everyone, we have designated quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum, both inside the property and in any outdoor areas. Please be considerate of other guests and nearby residents during quiet hours by refraining from loud conversations, music, TV volume, or any other noise that may disturb others.

If you plan to socialize or play music, please do so at a reasonable volume that does not disturb others. Consider using headphones or moving indoor activities away from shared walls or areas close to neighboring properties.

If any issues arise with noise during your stay, we kindly request that you address them promptly to the Royal Crown staff.

Garbage collection: Regular garbage is collected on Wednesdays. Please ensure that all garbage is properly bagged and securely tied before placing it in the designated garbage bins or collection area. Avoid overfilling the bins and ensure that lids are securely closed to prevent any odors or animal attraction.

Recycling collection: Recycling is collected on Thursdays. Please separate recyclable items such as paper, plastic, glass, and metal into the provided recycling bins. Rinse any containers to remove food residue before recycling them. Avoid placing non-recyclable items in the recycling bins.

Both containers should be left at the end of the driveway for pickup and returned to the entrance of the garage once pickup has been completed.

We kindly request that guests load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes and utensils before their departure. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient turnover for the next guests.

To create a harmonious and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to keep the following principles of courtesy in mind during your time with us.

Please be considerate of our neighbors and the property, treating our home with care and respect. We have worked hard to create a welcoming space for you to enjoy. Please avoid damaging any items or leaving the premises in an untidy condition. If any accidents or issues occur, please let us know as soon as possible.

To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, we have set the thermostat to 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius) during your visit.
